As an Elevator Technical Trainee, you will embark on a career path focused on the testing & commissioning, maintenance and repair of elevator and escalators. This role serves as an entry point into the elevator industry, offering hands on training and career development opportunities.
– Attend a comprehensive training program to learn the fundamentals of elevator technology, safety protocols, and industry regulations.
– Work closely with experienced technicians to gain practical experience in testing and commissioning, maintaining, and troubleshooting elevators and escalators.
– Assist in routine maintenance tasks, such as lubricating moving parts, cleaning, and inspecting elevators for safety compliance.
– Learn to diagnose and repair elevator malfunctions under the guidance of senior technicians.
– Participate in emergency repair calls to address breakdowns and ensure passenger safety.
– Participate in elevator installation projects, assisting with the assembly and wiring of elevator systems.
– Gain exposure to elevator modernization processes, including upgrading older systems with newer technology.

– Follow strict safety guidelines and adhere to industry regulations throughout your training and career.
– Learn about safety procedures related to working at heights, electrical systems, and elevator machinery.

– No-go safety training
– Confirmation Periodic Safety Inspection for 1-Year
– Certificate of Competency in Lift Maintenance for Lift Specialist (upon 1 year training)
– As you gain experience and knowledge, you can progress to the role of Elevator Technician.
– Elevator Technicians are responsible for independently maintaining and repairing elevators and escalators.
– With further experience and training, you can specialize in areas such as new installation, modernization, maintenance or become a supervisor or executive within the elevator company.
– Stay up-to-date with advancements in elevator technology and safety regulations through ongoing training and certifications.
– Explore opportunities for specialization, such as becoming a certified elevator inspector.
